Questions you might have.

A few things to know before you connect.

How can this help with SEO?

Use recordings to investigate whether your landing pages answer useful questions, link clearly to relevant pages and make important actions easy to complete. Combine these observations with page-level Search Console and analytics data to prioritize work. The report does not measure a Google ranking factor or guarantee better rankings.

Can a recording tell me why someone left?

A recording shows observable behaviour, not a visitor’s reasoning. Use it to form a question, inspect the page and reproduce a suspected issue before choosing a change. A visit ending does not by itself prove abandonment.

How are return visits connected?

Available sessions are grouped by Clarity browser ID while the identifying cookie persists. This connects activity from the same browser; it does not identify a person or connect their devices.

Which visits can I see?

The report shows available Clarity recordings for the supported 24-, 48- or 72-hour reporting window. Coverage may not include every visit, so sample counts should not be treated as site-wide totals or rates.

What will the coding-agent handoff include?

The proposed handoff includes affected pages, an observation, available recording references and a focused investigation or change brief. An authorized agent could combine that evidence with the SEO data already available through MCP and prepare repository changes for review. Direct Clarity access and finding export are planned additions. You can copy the illustrative brief on this page to explore the format.
