Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Overview
This is the Privacy Policy for all web sites and applications owned or operated by seoaiagent("seoaiagent", "we" or "us"), including the website currently located at www.seoaiagent.ai (the "Site") and any other applications, interactive features, blogs, social media platforms, widgets and resources offered by seoaiagent (collectively, the "Services").
1. Managing Information Preferences
We will not disclose Volunteered Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. You may review, correct, update, or change your Volunteered Information at any time by contacting us at vishalpokharel@seoaiagent.ai.
2. Information You Choose to Submit
We may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and billing information ("Volunteered Information") only if you choose to share such information with us.
3. Information We Automatically Collect
We automatically collect certain information ("Logged Information") to help us understand how our users use the Services. This includes data contained in log files such as your IP address, ISP, browser type, and usage data.
When you use AI features, Logged Information may also include the request, model response, model and provider used, tool calls and results, token counts, latency, estimated or provider-reported cost, errors, and feedback. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services and to measure usage and cost.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
We use essential storage to operate the Services. For visitors in the European Economic Area, we ask for a choice before enabling analytics or advertising storage. Those visitors can accept, reject, or customize optional storage through the cookie settings shown on the Site and change that choice later. Outside the EEA, analytics measurement is enabled automatically where permitted.
- Google Analytics: To measure and summarize how the Services are used.
- Microsoft Clarity: To understand product usage through interaction analytics and session insights.
- PostHog: To measure feature usage, onboarding, product interactions, and errors.
When optional storage is denied, these services may operate in a limited, cookieless measurement mode. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalized advertising remain denied unless you grant that choice.
Cookie choices do not disable server-side security, reliability, feature-usage, or operational records. In particular, authenticated AI requests are always traced because those records are necessary for providing, securing, troubleshooting, and accounting for the requested service.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for internal purposes only, such as service notifications, responding to requests, improving the Services, and monitoring the reliability, safety, quality, and cost of AI features. Workspace users receive only their own aggregate AI usage details; access to detailed platform-wide AI traces is restricted to authorized seoaiagent operators.
AI Ethics Note: We integrate with certain Google Workspace APIs solely to provide core services. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
6. Google User Data
When you connect a Google account, we access Google user data only after you authorize the requested permissions. Depending on the sources and features you choose to connect, this can include your Google Account identity, Business Profile locations and performance, Search Console properties and reports, Google Analytics accounts, properties and reporting data, and Google Drive folder and file metadata. When you use Google Workspace features, it can also include the content of Google Docs and Google Sheets that you ask the Services to read, create, or update.
We use this Google user data to provide visible, user-requested features in the Services: connecting a business to its Google sources, letting authorized workspace members choose the relevant properties and folders, displaying and analyzing search and analytics performance, answering user requests with current business context, and creating or updating requested Drive, Docs, and Sheets deliverables. Google Analytics access is read-only; the Services do not change Google Analytics properties or settings. Google Workspace write actions require an authorized user request and confirmation in the Services.
We store encrypted OAuth tokens, connected-account identifiers, selected property and folder identifiers, synchronization status, and reporting data needed to operate the connected features. Selected Google Docs are read live when needed; the Services save the selected file's identifier and metadata rather than a separate permanent copy of its document body. Google user data may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI service providers only to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the user-facing feature you requested. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Access is limited to authorized workspace members and service providers that need the data to operate the requested feature. Human access is limited to cases where you have given specific consent for support, or where access is necessary for security, abuse prevention, or compliance with law. Disconnecting a Google source stops future access through that connection. You may also request deletion of stored Google user data by contacting vishalpokharel@seoaiagent.ai. We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the connected feature, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs also adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Security
Information is stored on servers managed by seoaiagent using standard security procedures. While we strive to protect your information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Data Access
As described above, we do not sell your information. Users have the right to request access to their data and the right to request deletion. Requests can be sent to vishalpokharel@seoaiagent.ai.
9. Rights of European Union Residents (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Residents of the UK also have rights under the UK Data Protection Act of 2018.
