Hi, I am Vishal Pokharel, a solo builder from Nepal.

I started out freelancing in SEO and eventually began running a small team. Over the years, I’ve worked with skincare clinics, computer stores, dentists, psychiatry clinics, restaurants, plastic surgeons, and cleaning businesses. Most of my work has been with local businesses, and that’s what I’m building around now.

Working on my own taught me how much goes into delivering for a client. Running a team taught me how much goes into teaching someone else to do it. You explain the business, walk through your process, review the work, give feedback, and do it again. It takes time before someone really understands a client and how you like to work.

And when someone leaves, you often have to start that process again. I’ve felt that. The effort you put into training, the little details you explain along the way, the things that never quite make it into a document. I wanted a way for that knowledge to stay with the business.

That’s where seoaiagent started. I’m building an AI teammate you can teach your processes to, with client context it can carry into the next task. Something that can help with the repetitive work: checking competitors, reviewing business profiles, pulling together data, and preparing reports. The work needs to get done, but it shouldn’t take up so much of your week that there’s no time left to think about the client.

I’m also building it around where search is going. Local discovery now includes AI experiences like Ask Maps and answer engines, alongside Google Search and Maps. For me, being AI-first means both using AI to help do the work and helping businesses understand how they’re being found through AI—from visibility to referrals and traffic analysis.

My background also includes software development and hands-on AI research. At Sceneverse, I built a pipeline to fine-tune a language model to suggest furniture placement in 3D rooms, from preparing the data to training the model and checking its output. I also worked on reconstructing Patan Durbar Square in 3D, a project that became a published research paper. I like working through a problem from the initial idea to something people can use. With seoaiagent, I’m bringing that technical background together with what I’ve learned from client work and running a small team.

I’m building this independently, for local businesses and the people doing SEO for them. If any of this sounds familiar, I’d like to hear from you.
