Terms of Service

These seoaiagent Terms and Conditions govern your use of the software and services from seoaiagent (“seoaiagent”). BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. License & Support

1.1 Scope of Use: seoaiagent grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services in accordance with your selected Subscription Plan. Use is limited to businesses you own or are authorized to represent.

1.2 Restrictions: You will not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services. Sublicensing or transferring access to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

1.3 Customer Support: Technical questions should be directed to vishalpokharel@seoaiagent.ai or through our in-app support tools.

2. Termination

2.1 Cancellation: Plans automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard or by emailing vishalpokharel@seoaiagent.ai.

2.2 Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, bot activity, or any behavior that may harm seoaiagent systems.

3. Payment & Fees

3.1 Billing: Fees are charged monthly in advance via our third-party processor (Stripe). Payments are non-refundable.

3.2 Changes: seoaiagent may increase fees with prior notice. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

4. Intellectual Property

seoaiagent retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services and all proprietary technology. Any feedback provided by users may be incorporated into the service without compensation or confidentiality duties.

5. Privacy & Data

Data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregate data derived from your use of the service to improve our offerings and manage business operations.

6. Disclaimer & Limits

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS". SEOAIAGENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE ONE MONTH PRECEDING ANY CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold seoaiagent harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these terms.
